Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is situated perfectly for a convenient stopover on a journey between Portugal and France, next to the motorway with stunning grounds for relaxation. The rooms, while modern and well-sized, fell slightly short of expectations for the price paid. The dining experience was exceptional, setting us up for the next stage of our journey.
The hotel offers splendid rooms that are spotless and perfect for a comfortable stay, although the extra 22 euros charge seemed excessive. The location is ideal for travelers passing through, with beautiful grounds and excellent facilities, but the service could be improved for non-Spanish speakers who might face communication issues.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were extremely spacious, clean, and well-presented, overlooking the garden which was perfect for me and my dog. The service was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff. The location was convenient for traveling to various destinations, especially with easy access to the autoroutes. The dining experience was exceptional, offering a variety of delicious options. The facilities were top-notch, adding to the overall enjoyment of my stay.
The hotel is conveniently located for travelers heading to France or Spain, offering beautiful grounds and clean facilities. Rooms are fantastic, spacious, and well-equipped with amenities like your own coffee machine, although they can get too hot. Service is to a high standard, providing fruit for walks although waiting times might be longer if you don't speak Spanish. The place is quiet and perfect for a stopover, close to the major highway and a shopping complex.
My stay at the hotel was really amazing. The rooms were excellent and comfortable, exactly what you'd expect from a 5-star hotel. However, there were quite a few mosquitos in the breakfast room, which was a bit bothersome. The service was very friendly and helpful, maintaining a high standard throughout my visit.
My stay at the hotel was delightful. The rooms were spacious, clean, and surprisingly quiet despite the proximity to the motorway and gasoline station. The bathroom was spotless and of a good size. The service was friendly and contributed to the splendid ambiance of the hotel. The breakfast was delicious. The location was very convenient for travelers, with beautiful grounds and excellent facilities, making it a practical choice for various destinations. The dining experience was beyond excellent, especially with the fantastic toasted sandwiches. Overall, a perfect stay with amazing amenities.
The hotel was a cozy stay with a lovely garden view from the decorated balcony. However, the room felt a bit small for two adults and three dogs. The service was exceptional with friendly and helpful staff eager to make my stay comfortable. The location, although convenient for travelers, was a bit tired and dusty. The dining experience offered a wide array of continental options but lacked traditional dishes. The facilities were generally good, although some areas could use a refresh.
I had a lovely stay at this hotel as a stopover. The rooms were lovely and very clean, of a good size, but unfortunately, there was an issue with the owner's vicious dog on the premises.
The hotel is a lovely stopover location, with clean rooms and nice garden views. The service is exceptional, and the access to nearby attractions is convenient. The dining experience offers excellent breakfast options. However, the hotel's location is not very fancy but practical for travel purposes.
The hotel was just okay for a stopover. The rooms were a lot smaller than usual, which felt a bit squashy with two adults and three dogs, but the huge walk-in shower was a plus. The price didn't quite match my expectations for more.
After a long drive, I was welcomed by friendly staff and a very comfortable room with balcony and views over the garden. However, the lack of security latches on the French doors was a concern.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic. The rooms were lovely and clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with excellent design. The service was top-notch, and the staff were extremely professional and pleasant. The location was convenient for our stopover, with easy access and plenty of parking. The dining experience was exceptional, with a great selection of traditional Spanish dishes and fantastic service. Overall, a great value for money hotel with modern facilities.
The hotel room was a bit smaller than usual for us, two adults, and three dogs, but it was clean, quiet, and reception was wonderful. We asked for boiling water and received it with extra cups and sugar. The location, though close to a motorway and gas station, was very convenient for our stopover. The service was friendly and helpful, and we found the facilities to be fantastic.
I absolutely fell in love with this hotel! The rooms are top-notch, set in a gorgeous modern chalet environment, with amazing beds and excellent soundproofing. Truly a 5-star experience and one of the best I've ever had. The service, although very friendly from late check-in to morning checkout, could be challenging if you don't speak Spanish, as I had to wait 25 minutes for ice with no one around to assist. The location is a gem, conveniently situated for adventures to France, San Sebastien, Bilbao, or the Basque beaches and mountains; while it may lack some charm, it offers practical access to major routes. The dining experience was outstanding, offering a variety of delectable options served at the table, ideal for a peaceful night's sleep and a delightful breakfast. However, the homemade yogurt was a real treat. The facilities were excellent, catering to every need with a great value for money.
My stay at this splendid hotel in a beautiful, modern chalet environment was lovely and modern. The fantastic bathroom added to the overall ambiance. However, there were some minor drawbacks such as limited dining options and an additional charge for Wi-Fi.
